The PhotoHotel franchise comes with full support from A to Z, and the PhotoHotel team will be helping you in each step of a process. Our goal is to help you grow and expand your business, as well as to consolidate the business in order to generate year to year profits, both for you and for us.
After signing the franchise contract you will be required to attend a 4 month training on site. You will understand the business from all of the perspectives and the procedures. This training will also include on field activities as a Hotel Photographer, Photo Advisor and also as a Team Leader.
Afterwards you will discover and understand the digital ecosystem, how to use it, how your employees will use it and how the HR will use it. You will see in real time how this business works, expands and how is managed both by the partners and by the Administrative Office from our headquarters.
The training will be based on the business of real partners from different destinations.
You will be coached by our executives on how to find the right hotels, how to hire people, how to manage the business and the human resources.
The coaching will be delivered by people with at least 5+ years in this business that have already faced the early challenges of the business that you may encounter.
You are not alone in this journey, and we will present on-site in the first 2 months of your business being present in a destination.
This is done to both guarantee the quality & standards of the PhotoHotel brand and to also help you to fastly overcome any challenges that you may encounter on-site.
We know that starting alone is always a hard task for anybody so you can count on a helping hand in the first 2 months of your business.
Each month you will have part of monthly consulting meetings with the role of improving your business and identifying the main opportunities to grow and expand.
Have no fear, our team will still be available, business hours, for any urgent matters and problems that you may encounter on a day by day basis in your first year.
Moreover, our team will visit your locations every 3 months in the first year, to ensure proper implementation of the franchise and checking that your business is on the right track to grow and become profitable.
