Counting out the franchise entrance ticket, each new hotel opened requires between 15,000 and 20,000 Euros. You should count 20,000 Euro for each new hotel that you intend to open. This investment assures you the following:

1 month rent for staff (local appartment near the hotel)

Backup

As with any business, a back-up fund is always recommended for unforeseen events and expenses. The more hotels you open, the bigger the back-up fund should be. This is required at least in the first month, as you will have available revenue and cashflow after a month of activity.
