PhotoHotel was founded by two friends who were working in Crete, Greece in the tourism industry. They were both feeling that there is more to give to the tourists in terms of great memories and awesome experiences.

In 2008 they launched the PhotoHotel service in Crete, offering tourists not only photo albums and other photography products, but offering them unforgettable memories and a unique experience of a professional photo shoot, with a photographer highly trained in the tourism and hospitality industry.
As a highly demanded service by tourists on one side and hotel owners on the other side, rapid expansion & growth was needed.
In order to rapidly fulfill the need of human resources and keeping the standards high, the PhotoHotel School was launched.
From intensive practical training to online support through our E-learning Platform, the PhotoHotel School prepared future employees both in holiday professional photography and tourism sales.
PhotoHotel service is composed of a team of at least two persons in each hotel. One is the hotel photographer that schedules photo sessions with the tourists and help them to have a great time in the process.
The other one is a sales adviser that closes the sale and helps the tourists to choose the best option that fits their needs, expectations and their budget.
On a fast growing track, PhotoHotel services expanded in the some of the most wanted tourist’s destinations in Europe, in countries like Greece, Malta, Spain & Canary Islands.
With each destination and each hotel opened, the company developed internal digital systems designed to help both the employees to increase their performance and the destination partners to monitor, analyze and take decisions based on real time reports and insights from their destination.
